2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Creator Monetization and Earnings

Cliqr allows creators to monetize their audience by displaying advertisements on their custom pages. The following rules apply to monetization:

• Revenue Share: Creators receive 70% of the net ad revenue generated from valid impressions and clicks on their pages.
• Payout Threshold: The minimum payout threshold is $10.00 USD. Payouts are processed upon request once this threshold is reached.
• Valid Traffic: Earnings are only credited for legitimate, human traffic. We employ strict anti-fraud systems to detect bots, proxies, VPNs, and incentivized traffic.
• Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to artificially inflate impressions or clicks (e.g., using bots, click farms, or self-clicking) will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all pending earnings.

5. Acceptable Use and Content Guidelines

You are solely responsible for the content you post, link to, or otherwise make available on your Cliqr page. You agree not to use the Services to:

• Post or link to illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or hateful content.
• Post or link to content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others (e.g., pirated software, unauthorized copyrighted material).
• Distribute malware, viruses, or any other malicious code.
• Engage in spamming, phishing, or other deceptive practices.
• Promote illegal activities, violence, or self-harm.

We reserve the right to review, remove, or disable access to any content or account that violates these guidelines, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the content you post on Cliqr. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Services.

Our Content: The Services, including all text, graphics, logos, software, and the Cliqr brand, are the property of Cliqr and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or contact us to delete your account.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Cliqr makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Services, the accuracy of the information, or the availability of the platform. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cliqr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cliqr operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
